I first encountered Softly in Silver Sandals by Flavia Weedn some years ago in a second-hand bookstore in SM Megamall. It was such a no-brainer decision that I did not buy it given that aside from the cheap price, it was already in my hands.

But if there is one particular line that I could not forget, and I could still vividly remember from that book, it would have to be this:

"Into each life, a new prince shall come."
